UK Returns & Refund Policy

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act and our 30-Day Guarantee, you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a full return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• Must be sent back in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our customer care team at support@riveroaklondon.com with your order number. We will provide you with a UK pre-paid return label or return address instructions.

Refund Processing

Once your return is inspected at our London hub, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Debit/Credit Card, Klarna, PayPal) within 3-5 business days.
