1. Returns Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Initiating a Return

Include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged/defective)

Returns must be approved before being sent.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty
  • Use tracked shipping (we are not liable for lost returns)

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report within 48 hours via support@riverandoak.com

If confirmed:

  • Replacement / refund / repair offered
  • Return shipping covered by us

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care goods
  • Custom items
  • Perishables
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

6. Exchanges

No direct exchanges.
Return item → place new order.


7. EU Cooling-Off Period

EU customers can cancel within 14 days.

  • Return within 14 days after cancellation
  • Must be unused and in original condition

Refund issued within 14 days after return.


8. Refunds

  • Processed within 5–10 business days
  • Sent to original payment method

9. Order Cancellations

Allowed within 12 hours of purchase.


10. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Misuse
  • Wear and tear
  • Shipping delays

Liability limited to purchase value.
