1. Returns Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Initiating a Return

- Item(s)
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged/defective)
Returns must be approved before being sent.
3. Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty
- Use tracked shipping (we are not liable for lost returns)
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report within 48 hours via support@riverandoak.com
If confirmed:
- Replacement / refund / repair offered
- Return shipping covered by us
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Personal care goods
- Custom items
- Perishables
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
6. Exchanges
No direct exchanges.
Return item → place new order.
7. EU Cooling-Off Period
EU customers can cancel within 14 days.
- Return within 14 days after cancellation
- Must be unused and in original condition
Refund issued within 14 days after return.
